BEEMC, a subsidiary of Beijing Electric Power Corporation (BEPC(), set up in June 2004, had 142 staff by the end of August 2005. it’s mainly responsible for: installation and inspection as well as operation management for grid electric measuring equipments; measured value transferring and periodic verification for electric measuring standard instruments; unitive management of sealing, stamping, clamping, patterning in its own speciality and management、rejection、elimination of measuring assets for the whole company; business guiding and technology monitoring to each power supply bureau’s electric measuring work; meanwhile, also responsible for the verification、distribution、reclaiming of electric measuring equipments and fittings for the whole company.
